Pioneer’s Punch
A tall and refreshing whisky punch with tropical, stone fruit and citrus notes.
Ingredients
- 2partsDewar’s 15 year old
- ⅔partpeach liqueur
- ½partLemon Juice
- ½partsugar syrup
- 2partsCoconut water
- 2partsFever Tree soda water
- Mint sprig
- Peach Slice
Method
1. Add all ingredients (sans soda water) to shaker
2. Shake briskly with cubed ice, and pour over cubed ice in highball glass
3. Garnish with mint sprig and peach slice
