Cask to Colada

A tropical, refreshing whisky cocktail with a smooth finish.

Ingredients

  • 2ozDEWAR’s Caribbean Smooth
  • 2ozCoconut water
  • ½oz​Vanilla syrup
  • 1oz​Fresh pineapple juice

Method

1. Pour DEWAR’s, pineapple, coconut water and vanilla syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
