Spiced Apple Collins

Ingredients
  • 50 ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 15 ml Cinnamon-Honey Syrup
  • 25 ml Soda Water
Directions
  • Add DEWAR’S 12 Year Old whisky, fresh lemon juice, cloudy apple juice and cinnamon-honey syrup into a shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with cubed ice.
  • Shake briefly, then double strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Gently stir to incorporate.
  • Garnish with a sliced apple.
