HOW TO MAKE A
Spiced Apple Collins
Ingredients
- 50
ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old - 25
ml Fresh Lemon Juice - 50
ml Cloudy Apple Juice - 15
ml Cinnamon-Honey Syrup - 25
ml Soda Water
Directions
- Add DEWAR’S 12 Year Old whisky, fresh lemon juice, cloudy apple juice and cinnamon-honey syrup into a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with cubed ice.
- Shake briefly, then double strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Gently stir to incorporate.
- Garnish with a sliced apple.
