Cask to Colada

A tropical, refreshing whisky cocktail with a smooth finish.

Ingredients

  • 50mlCaribbean Smooth
  • 25ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 50mlCoconut water
  • 5ml Vanilla syrup
  • Pineapple leaf
  • 5mlCoconut syrup

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill ¾ with cubed ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
3. Single strain into Highball glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with Pineapple leaf.
