HOW TO MAKE A
BRIGADOON
Ingredients
- 60
ml DEWAR’S 15 Year Old Whisky - 20
ml Apricot Liqueur - 20
ml Fresh Lemon Juice -
A barspoon of orgeat or simple syrup
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a discarded orange coin.
