Aberfeldy 40 is one of the rarest whiskies ever released from our distillery – drawn from just three exceptional casks selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. This ultra‑aged single malt represents the highest expression of Aberfeldy craft.
Your private experience begins at Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery with exclusive access to our historic site, before entering the warehouse for the defining moment: hand‑filling your own bottle of Aberfeldy 40 Year Old. You’ll personally label, wax‑seal and stamp your bottle, recording your name in our distillery ledger.
Our dedicated Brand Ambassador will then host a private tasting in our Secret Bar, guiding you through the depth, complexity and character of this remarkable whisky. The journey continues beyond the distillery with a privately chartered Highland Safari and refined Scottish lunch, before concluding with an overnight stay at Fonab Castle, including a seven‑course tasting menu and access to their Woodland Spa.
