Cocktail of the moment: The Bordeaux Sour
To celebrate the launch of our Aberfeldy 18, finished in Paulliac red wine casks, we have created this twist on the classic ‘New York Sour’. Made from our award-winning Aberfeldy 12yr, Fresh Lemon Juice and Spiced Raisin Syrup, this delicious mix is finished off with a measure of Bordeaux wine floated on top.

In 1892 while out with friends in New York, Tommy Dewar asked for his whisky to be served in a tall glass, along with soda and ice – and so the ‘Original Highball’ was born, and became the perfect drink to enhance the smoothness of our whisky.
Dewar’s White Label: Tommy Highball
The Tommy Highball is a light, zesty and refreshing drink, perfect for those rare sunny days in Scotland! In this highball we combine our award winning Dewar’s White Label Blended Scotch with freshly squeezed lime juice, before topping it up with ginger ale. Simple but very tasty, this is a real crowd pleaser.
Aberfeldy 12: Aberfeldy Honey Highball
In our Aberfeldy Honey Highball we combine our rich and fruity Aberfeldy 12 with local heather honey syrup, before topping up with chilled Camomile tea. This fresh and floral drink is a perfect afternoon drink, or Aperitivo, and really allows the Aberfeldy house style to shine.
Craigellachie 13: Auld ‘Afore It’s Time
The taste of the Craigellachie whisky was described as “old fashioned” by the famed whisky writer, Alfred Bernard, back in 1891. We took it as a compliment. The robust and fruity nature of Craigellachie 13 is encouraged with sweet Cherry Heering, a dash of chocolate bitters and spicy ginger ale.
Dewar’s 12: O’Flower Highball
A light, floral and refreshing mix, combining our award winning Dewar’s 12 Blended Scotch with St. Germain elderflower liqueur. Built over ice in a tall glass, we top it up with soda and garnish with a slice of lemon. This is a very refreshing highball, created by our Global Dewar’s Ambassador, Fraser Campbell.
