This is a unique time of year when our stills fall silent for essential maintenance, offering an exclusive opportunity to explore the craft behind our single malt in a different light. Access to production and the still house will be unavailable during this time. You’ll instead enjoy a guided exploration of our distillation process through a captivating film presentation with one of our guides.

One of our senior guides will take you on an exploration through five of our rarest and most expensive drams that show how the Dewar’s style has evolved and what is special about our Single Malt distilleries. This will usually include a taste of Dewar’s Double 32 year old, voted best whisky in the world, and Aberfeldy 40, our oldest ever expression!
