HOW TO MAKE A
DEWAR'S WHISKY COLLINS
Ingredients
- 50
ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old - 25
ml Fresh Lemon Juice - 20
ml Sugar Syrup (1:1) - 120
ml Soda Water
Directions
- Add DEWAR’S whisky, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Squeeze the zest of a lemon peel over the drink, then discard.
