HOW TO MAKE A
DEWAR'S CHERRY EMBER SOUR
Ingredients
- 1.75
oz DEWAR’S 12 Year Old - 0.75
oz Fresh Lemon Juice - 0.75
oz Cherry Juice - 0.5
oz Maple Syrup - 1
pipette Miracle Foamer or Egg White
Directions
- Add DEWAR’S 12 Year Old whisky, fresh lemon juice, cherry juice, maple syrup and egg white into a shaker with cubed ice.
- Fill the glass with cubed ice.
- Shake hard, then double strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
