HOW TO MAKE A

HIGHLAND BLOOM

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz DEWAR'S 12 Year Old
  • 0.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • Optional: 4 dashes Fee Foam
Directions
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Dry shake again if using Fee Foam.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh edible flower or dehydrated flower petals.
