The Drink

Using the delicate floral and herbaceous notes of Aultmore 12 Years Old, the Foggy Moss Julep is a refreshing variation of the classic, packed with fresh mint and plump notes of sweet almond, finished with a delicate touch of dark chocolate.


50 ml Aultmore 12 Years Old 10 ml Orgeat Syrup 8 - 10 fresh mint leaves 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters Large mint sprig & lemon twist as a garnish


1 Add all ingredients to Julep cup 2 Fill with crushed ice and thoroughly churn with a bar spoon to integrate the ingredients and chill the mixture 3 Cap with more crushed ice and garnish accordingly
