The highball is the perfect way to enjoy Dewar’s White Label as a refreshing and long serve. Cognac was the popular highball choice in the 19th Century until the phylloxera epidemic destroyed most of their vineyards in the 1870s. Scotch then succeeded to become the highball of choice, popularised by none other than Mr. Tommy Dewar.
50 ml Dewar’s White Label 100 ml Soda water (served with lemon twist) Or 100 ml Ginger Ale (served with lime wedge)
1 Add Dewar’s White Label to a highball glass 2 Fill with cubed ice & add chosen mixer 3 Stir thoroughly & garnish accordingly
