We are an Approved Programme Provider for WSET and currently offer Level 1 and Level 2 Courses in Spirits.

We are delighted to offer these WSET Spirits Level 1 and 2 courses, delivered in our atmospheric Blending Room by Jonathan Wilson DipWSET, a qualified Spirits Educator with 14 years’ experience in the industry. By studying with us, you can learn about the whole spirits industry in an atmospheric setting, spend time at our distillery and gain a qualification regulated by the UK Government, Ofqual.

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) is the world’s leading provider of qualifications in wines, spirits and sake. Established in 1969 for the UK wine trade, WSET has since grown to become the global industry leader and international standard in wine and spirit education.

With the global boom in spirits, professionals are looking to gain a deeper understanding of this fascinating world of distilled beverages. WSET spirits qualifications equip students to look beyond the brand to understand the base material and production choices that define a spirit’s category, flavour and aroma profile.
